So I spent a lot of time over the weekend getting my booth ready for the upcoming show. Figuring out how to get the canopy up was a chore…then the panels were another challenge. Then came another tough part – getting the layout of the booth – the placement of all my works was another challenge to say the least.

I took a long time on setup, but take down was very fast. I think when I setup at the show I will be much faster at it, now that I have it all figured out.

So I have recently started getting serious with my photography – taking it a notch up from being just a hobby and and taking my photography a bit more pro.

I was recently accepted into a juried art show down near Austin, in Georgetown. I am now busy making preparations for the show…spending way too much money on my booth setup and getting my work processed.

I will add some updates here on my preparations and some things I learn along the way.
